The Dutch Attaché Was Our Guest

We were joined by Attaché Rory Nuijens from the Dutch Consulate in Istanbul, along with Tomas Van Gorp and Yavuz Selim Yaşar. The meeting, held at our faculty, was attended by Hüseyin Yılmaz, Dean of the Faculty of Naval Architecture, and his Assistant Yasin Üst; Sezgin Bakırdere, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences; Akın Delibaşı, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Salih Karasu, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Metallurgy; Department Chairs Salih Durer and Murat Donduran from our faculty; Assistant Deans Halil Emre Akbaş and Arzu Karaman Akgül; and Meral Uzunöz, a faculty member from the Faculty of Economics. The meeting focused on potential collaborations and scientific research with the Netherlands. It was agreed that fruitful collaborations could be established, initially in the fields of Maritime Studies and Aviation, as well as in Food Science, Plastics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, and Economics. I hope this will be beneficial for our university and our country.
