Our Conference titled

With an opening speech by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Bahri ŞAHİN, the conference titled “The Issue of Jerusalem: Its Historical, Legal, and Political Aspects” was held at the Murat Demircioğlu Conference Hall on our campus. The conference drew significant attention from a large number of faculty members and students, as well as the Rector’s Office. While Prof. Dr. Mehmet HACISALİHOĞLU moderated the conference, speakers Prof. Dr. Zekeriya KURŞUN and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akit OKUR examined the issue from various perspectives.

Identity Economics: The Romani panel has taken place

A conference held as part of an ongoing TÜBİTAK 1001 Project (“An Identity Economics: The Romani”) took place at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

The panel was moderated by Prof. Dr. Kenan AYDIN, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Ömer ÇAHA, Sinan Karaca ÖZTÜRK (President of the Federation of Romani Foundations of Marmara), Turhan ŞALLI (President of the Romani Educational Volunteers Foundation of Edirne), and Metin ÖZBASKICI (writer at cingeneyiz.org).

Our Conference on "The Jerusalem Issue: Its Historical, Legal, and Political Dimensions" Was Held

The conference titled “The Jerusalem Issue: Its Historical, Legal, and Political Dimensions,” which featured an opening address by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Bahri ŞAHİN, was held in our faculty’s Murat Demircioğlu Conference Hall. The conference drew significant interest not only from the Rector’s Office administration but also from numerous faculty members and students. Prof. Dr. Mehmet HACISALİHOĞLU moderated the conference, while the speakers—Prof. Dr. Zekeriya KURŞUN and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akif OKUR—addressed the topic from various perspectives.
